Coaching
My Why
Paying closing attention to my gut instinct has propelled my professional success and enriched my life. I do this work because it allows me to use this gift of intuition - my strong gut instinct - to help others connect to their own knowing. And the result is breakthroughs, bold moves, and moments when people realize they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.
Coaching With Me
With me, you get a blend of reflection, strategy, and practical insights that motivate action inspired by clarity and confidence. There is no script for our coaching sessions. In an initial Discovery conversation, you'll share responses to a few "prompt" questions that will guide us to the work we will do together. It sounds loose and esoteric - it's not. It's an action-focused, results-driven process that has worked over and over (and over and over) again for leaders at all levels. If we decide that working together is a fit for both of us, you can expect transformation.

Who I Work With
I work best with high-performing leaders and executives - often in fast-paced, complex environments - who want to accelerate their impact through leadership coaching without losing their sense of purpose. My clients are typically mid- to senior-level professionals, including emerging leaders and C-suite executives, navigating growth, transition, or increased visibility. Those who engage in my executive coaching programs - individually or as teams - are curious, coachable, and committed to the deeper work of leadership development: building self-awareness, expanding perspective, and leading with clarity, conviction, and confidence. More on Fractional Leadership here.
I support clients across the U.S. and I’m especially connected to leaders and organizations in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.
My Experience
As President of WellSpark Health, I led the company from financial loss to a successful acquisition in under three years—proving that a people-centric approach isn’t just good for culture, it’s good for business. Before that, as Head of People and Culture at LAZ Parking, I led HR and shaped a thriving workplace for 15,000+ employees for one of the world’s largest parking companies. Across every role, my mission is the same: unlocking human potential to fuel team and business success.
A TEDx speaker, a keynote, a thought leader, adjunct professor, and a workshop facilitator, my insights on leadership, business strategy, and employee wellbeing have been heard by audiences across the U.S. You’ll find recognition for my work in various publications, including Hartford Business Journal, BenefitsPRO, the National Parking Association, and Workforce Magazine.
